The Wok-O Taco Truck
Catering is drop-and-go. A taco truck is an event. Ours pulls up, the window opens, and your event has a center — a line people actually want to stand in, and Mexican street tacos with bold Asian flavor coming out hot and fast. We've been on the road since 2022, served 600+ events, and we hold a 4.5★ rating across 100+ Google reviews.

What happens when the truck arrives
We show up 30–60 minutes ahead, park where you point, and set up fully self-contained — the truck brings its own power and kitchen, so your venue needs nothing but the spot. Then the window opens, the line forms, and the truck does its job: hot food, a fast-moving line, and something for your guests to gather around.
Built for a crowd
Typical ticket times run 1–4 minutes, so no one's waiting around hungry — and we size the setup to your headcount, from backyard parties to festival crowds. Street fairs, corporate lots, weddings, graduations, breweries, block parties: if the truck fits, the truck works.
The menu at the window
The truck runs the hit list — Thai Chili Chicken, Bulgogi Steak, Harvest Shreds, and the Chicken Gringo Taco, plus quesadillas and the Taco Flight. Want the deeper catalog — the staffed Taco Bar, stations, starters, desserts? That's catering, and we do that too.
Food truck FAQ
- How much space does the truck need?
- About 22 feet, with room to get in and out of the spot and to open the service window. Send your location in the inquiry and we'll confirm the fit — and if a truck genuinely can't work, our Pop-Up service brings the same menu inside.
- Does the venue need to provide power or water?
- No — the truck is fully self-contained and self-powered.
- What about weather?
- The truck serves rain or shine. If weather shuts an outdoor event down, we work with you to reschedule.
- How long will you serve?
- Service windows are built around your event — tell us your timeline in the inquiry and we'll shape the schedule to it.
- Do you serve outside St. Louis?
- Yes — we travel to St. Louis County and the surrounding regions.
