How booking works

1. Tell us your event. Date, headcount, and location — takes two minutes.
2. You already know the price. Pick one, two, three, or four proteins and multiply by your headcount ($400 order minimum). We confirm the details and get you on the calendar.
3. We deliver, you host. Hot, set up, ready to serve. We answer every inquiry within one business day.

Is it really one flat price?

Yes. $17, $19, $23, or $25 per person by protein count — chafers, tortillas, the toppings bar, a side, serviceware, delivery within 20 miles, and setup are all in it. No service charge.

Do you provide staff and service?

Drop-off catering arrives hot, set up, and ready to serve — you host, we handle the food. If you would like staffed catering, tell us about your event on the inquiry form.

What do you need on site?

A table's worth of space. We deliver, set the spread, and you're serving in minutes.

Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?

Always. Harvest Shreds is vegan; Thai Chili Chicken is gluten-free on corn tortillas — just request corn when you book. One kitchen makes everything, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact.

What's the minimum?

The Taco Bar has a $400 order minimum, with no minimum guest count. Bigger crowd? The food truck covers events into the thousands.

Can the truck come instead of drop-off?

Yes. The truck books on a sales minimum that depends on the day, time, and number of people. Ask for the truck on the inquiry form and we'll price it for your event.

How far ahead should we book?

48 hours' notice covers orders up to 150 people. Sooner is safer, especially for weekends and holidays, but we book anywhere from a few months out to a few days out. If your date's open, we can move fast.

Can you invoice a company / handle tax-exempt?

Yes — we invoice directly, and if your organization is tax-exempt (universities, nonprofits), send the exemption letter and we'll leave tax off.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due before service.
