We handle a whole corner of the wedding so you don't think about it: guests line up, grab it hot, and head back to the dance floor happy. We show up self-contained, set up, serve, and clean up — no work for you on a day you've got enough to think about. Vegan and gluten-free options are always available so every guest is taken care of. We'll be upfront about everything: what's covered, the deposit that holds your date, the balance before the day, and our flexibility if weather forces a reschedule on an outdoor event.

- How does pricing work for a wedding?
- It scales to your guest count, hours of service, and date. We give you an all-inclusive quote — travel, labor, everything, no surprises — and can lay out a set-menu option or open ordering.
- Do you handle setup, service, and cleanup?
- All of it, off the truck. You and your guests just enjoy the day.
- What about a deposit and rescheduling?
- A 50% deposit holds your date, balance due before the wedding. Cancel and it's non-refundable — but if the problem is ours, weather included, we reschedule first and refund if we can't.
- Can you do vegan / gluten-free for our guests?
- Yes — the Harvest Shreds taco is vegan and the Thai Chili Chicken is gluten-free on corn tortillas, and taco-bar catering adds the Sweet Chili Tofu, also vegan and gluten-free on corn.
- Where do you serve?
- St. Louis and the surrounding metro — most venues and private properties. Send us your venue and we'll confirm.
- How far ahead should we book our date?
- Weekends book out, so reach out as early as you can — but if your date's open, we can still make it work on shorter notice.
- Do venues need proof of insurance?
