Every Taco Bar includes your proteins hot in chafers, flour tortillas (corn on request), the taco toppings bar, one side — Latin Lime Rice, Steamed White Rice, or K-BBQ Borracho Beans — plates, forks, napkins, boats, and serving tongs, plus delivery within 20 miles and setup.

How booking works

1. Tell us your event. Date, headcount, and location — takes two minutes.
2. You already know the price. Pick two, three, or four proteins, multiply by your headcount — that's it. We confirm the details and get you on the calendar.
3. We deliver, you host. Hot, set up, ready to serve. We answer every inquiry within one business day.

How late can we book a holiday party?

48 hours' notice covers orders up to 150 people. Bigger than that? Reach out now — the schedule fills fast.

Is it really one flat price?

Yes. $22, $24, or $26 per person by protein count — chafers, tortillas, the toppings bar, a side, serviceware, delivery within 20 miles, and setup are all in it. No service charge.

Can you invoice a company / handle tax-exempt?

Yes — we invoice directly, and if your organization is tax-exempt (universities, nonprofits), send the exemption letter and we'll leave tax off.

Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?

Always. Harvest Shreds and Sweet Chili Tofu are vegan, and the bar goes gluten-free on corn tortillas — just request corn when you book. One kitchen makes everything, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact.

What's the minimum?

15 guests and a $400 order minimum for the Taco Bar. Bigger crowd, or want it staffed? The Pop-Up and the food truck cover events into the thousands.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due before service.
