Every Taco Bar includes your proteins hot in chafers, flour tortillas (corn on request), each taco's own toppings (listed with every taco on the Catering Menu), Latin Lime Rice, plates, forks, napkins, boats, and serving tongs, plus delivery within 20 miles and setup.

We invoice companies directly, and if your organization is tax-exempt (universities, nonprofits), send the exemption letter and we'll leave tax off.

Holiday planning always runs late — that's not a problem here. 48 hours' notice covers orders up to 150 people, and the bar arrives hot and ready to serve, so a Tuesday decision feeds a Thursday party. Bigger than 150? Popular dates book up, so earlier is better!

How booking works

1. Tell us your event. Date, headcount, and location — takes two minutes.
2. You already know the price. Pick one, two, three, or four proteins and multiply by your headcount ($400 order minimum). We confirm the details and get you on the calendar.
3. We deliver, you host. Hot, set up, ready to serve.

How late can we book a holiday party?

We need 48 hours' notice for orders up to 150 people. Popular dates book up, so earlier is better!

Is it really one flat price?

Yes. $17, $19, $23, or $25 per person by protein count — chafers, tortillas, each taco's own toppings, a side, serviceware, delivery within 20 miles, and setup are all in it. No service charge — sales tax is the only addition.

Can you invoice a company / handle tax-exempt?

Yes — we invoice directly, and if your organization is tax-exempt (universities, nonprofits), send the exemption letter and we'll leave tax off.

Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?

Always. Harvest Shreds is vegan; Thai Chili Chicken is gluten-free on corn tortillas — just request corn when you book. Allergies? Tell us when you book — it's catering, so we can prep around them.

What's the minimum?

The Taco Bar has a $400 order minimum, with no minimum guest count. Bigger crowd? The food truck covers events into the thousands.

Can the truck do a holiday party?

Yes — the truck works holiday parties too. The truck books on a sales minimum that depends on the day, time, and number of people. Holiday dates fill fast, so send the date and headcount early.

Do you cater Christmas parties and office holiday lunches?

Yes — Christmas parties, company holiday lunches, and office holiday parties: the taco bar arrives hot and set up, or the truck pulls up outside. Either way, it's one inquiry form.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due before service. Cancel and it's non-refundable — but if the problem is ours, weather included, we reschedule first and refund if we can't.
